CHETTINAD TOWERS

Chettinad group's first IT building on OMR-karapakkam has been designed with latest mechanical car parking system to accommodate 200 cars in the stilt without any basement. Office floor starts from 12meter to 60mts has been fitted with multi faced facade system to create dynamic and taesthetic facade. This project houses a 1,672.25 sq. m. hospital in front of it with a total built up area of 20903.18 sq. m.
